Jason practiced Moo Duk Kwan Tae Kwon Do through high school and college. It provided an opportunity to value physical fitness and learn discipline.

Jason practiced Moo Duk Kwan under instructor Brian Shawe, at Boca Karate and Fitness, during the 80s and 90s. It was during this time Jason learned the true meaning of respect, what it meant to follow an authority that earned it. He learned some fun things, met some great people, and kept his body from assuming a “computer guy’s” physique.
